I usually use TPE to plan my lighting for shoots but sometimes its hard to tell exactly where landmarks will be in reference to the sun or moon With this app on my HTC One M8 I can previsualize exactly how things will look at any given time on any given day assuming the weather cooperates Tonight was a super moon I had used TPE to select an appropriate location to shoot from But when I got there and used this app it turned out I was a couple miles off This app saved the shoot                 Saved My Shoot

Functuonality is really useful Latest version though is misbehaving on galaxy S2 With gyros on it consistently puts sun 90 minutes before its real location With gyros off it just goes nuts           Really useful app but very jiggly

Unless Im doing something terribly wrongthe app has trouble finding the sun with the gyros on or off When it does manage to find the sun as soon as I move my device to check where the sun will be at a later time the path jumps all over Impossible to get an accurate read on where the sun will be A frustrating waste of time and money        No

A clean simple and accurate app for showing sunrisemoonrise and sunsetmoonset times and locations and all points in between I always use this after traveling to new outdoor locations just to become familiar with where the sun will rise and set on the horizon                 Clean Simple and Accurate

Cant praise this app enough Allows you to predict where the sun and moon will be on any date either through the camera or by using a picture taken with the app Want to know when the moon will rise over that mountain or when the sun will set between those two trees Im amazed and delighted                 Brilliant
