Only records my side of the conversation free version worked for me really liked it so decided to buy pro version Now doesn t work no refund option Scam Have since googled this and found it is a very common issue Have now reinstalled the free version and it works perfectly In short DO NOT BUY THE PRO VERSION Dev s refund my 5 and I will edit review accordingly Alternatively keep the money r but understand if only 2 people do not buy due to my review then you are also down a fiver     Mark Bunce

EDIT Left my old feedback to see what we had Now it looks like I just paid to hear my own voice Looking for a new app Old feedback Brilliant app Unfortunately not able to save contacts with calls but I do realise this is due to Android limitations and not the developer s fault Where one star was lost was because the contact suggestions list has people right at the top that I had not contacted in three years but people that I contact daily I have to scroll down to get and there is no clear way to edit or rearrange this OK The star is back they fixed it Thanks     Johan Visser

My app no longer has the names or phone numbers in the logs I have to sort thru Outgoing Call and Incoming Call to find the call I need to save IF the automatic recorder decides to work I am uninstalling now because the UI has changed too much and I just missed the chance to record an important call because even tho the icon said the recorder was running it wasn t It s really too bad because I ve had this app for a couple of years     V H

Angry When I bought this application back in September 2018 I was not notified that the DEFAULT setting is to store only 100 recordings that older recordings will be deleted once 100 reached and that the default setting must manually be changed if one wished to have more recordings kept That should be the FIRST thing that the costumer is made aware of after purchasing and setting up the application the first time they open up the app There needs to be a setup process before using the app     TayToria

Try to contact support have Pro on Note 10 Recording wants to use phone mic like as in a voice recorder instead of using mic on bluetooth App does NOT pickup the voice of the person I m talking unless i DO use speaker phone mode Defeats purpose of this app if that is how i got to use this app I can simply use my voice recorder for that dont need this app Thing is other fones ive had this app worked as i expected and needed it to work clear voices from both ends of the call         Michael Masters

The free version was excellent in that it did not miss recording any calls So I paid for the pro version and it s been a huge disappointment It records when it wants the caller s voice is not captured in the recording After updates it is still on the poor side So I downgraded this app It records external sounds unlike other call recorders To capture the other party s voice sound place your phone on speaker This is a complete disappointment because I am using a paid version Shame     Robert Roland

I have the paid version of Automatic Call Record Pro It seemed to work fine until about six months ago then just stopped recording almost all of my calls and on the rare occasion that it does only my voice is recorded I have no clue what the issue is or why it stopped working for no apparent reason But I paid for this app u0026 expect it to operate as advertised I have a Samsung Note 9 SM N960U Please provide me w detailed instructions on how to troubleshoot fix this problem     Ems

The app once a great app reserving of 4 stars has been grossly lacking for months I emailed the creator provider I received no response There have been several updates over the past several months but none of them has removed the noise from the recording Also the recordings are once sided sometimes only being able to hear the person whose phone contains the app I am most willing to change my review if and or when you fix the issues plaguing your app Thank you     C L

Use to be good Now if you have a 20 min conversation it may only record 5 mins of it I have some that were around 20 minute calls but only recorded less than 2 minutes of it And sometimes it records my voice only I have a Note 9 512GB not even close to being full I bought this app years ago for legal reasons and now need it again but it is failing miserably Wish I could get my money back         Jason Mayfield

The only thing stopping me from giving a 5 is that it doesn t show the contact name from the start like it use to I don t know why you to to label the incoming and outgoing calls yourself It just started making you do so a couple of months ago I mean the app is permitted access to my contacts but it doesn t matter                 Theresa Williams

Went from Nexus 6p with Android 8 1 to a Galaxy 10e with Android 9 and the app works stellar They say it shouldn t work on Android 9 and indeed on my up to date Galaxy S8 you can t hear the other person Don t know what the deal is and why it works on the S10e but I m very happy                     Tudor Goia

After actually reading the disclaimer on the developers website I realise that the app is limited to call recording on the device itself using the native microphone and not the headset attached It would of been nice for the developer to have pointed this out when I emailed though Overall Good app record functionality is good Record quality is really clear                 George Epaminondas

since I updated my phone you cannot hear the other person s voice properly on the recording however my own voice is extremely loud it also does not give the name or number of the recording it says outgoing incoming call only but the earlier versions showed the number and if the contact is saved on your phone it shows their name can you please fix the problem as I paid for the pro version because it was fantastic now it s useless please sort out then I will rate it 5 stars     Quintin Cook

This app is useless I purchased it for 150 It is recording muted recordings I went to hear and couldn t then I changed loudness to 20 Even then it isn t working I m gonna probably ask for a refund and go for a different call recording app this has wasted my time I have paid leads and this just wasted my money         Kanwar Anand

Very good app still since Google decided to remove access to the call log that app like all the other call recording app are real hard to keep up with as you have to select who called This is the first time I wish Google would have minded their own business                 Hugo Hell

doesnt work at all it only records your voice doesnt record the other parties voice on phone it was doing once upon a time and it was usefull to turn back and listen your recordings for remembering the email adresses telephone numbers talked during your call but not working now at all i tried lots of things I also sent a message to support They did not return to me aswell     ersan toksoz

I use to love this app its was 7 stars and dose as it supposed to do that s why am a pro user It use to records boothside and showing the call information Names in the logs Now its not showing the person information so its hard to find a certain call plus its records only my side of a call especially when using bluetooh headset     Ammar Abdullah - Makki

Used to be very useful until a few months ago when it stopped recording the voice of the person whom you have called or who is calling you It only records your side of the conversation According to the developer the issue is due to change in Google s policy however that is no excuse for not finding a workaround With only one side recording the application is useless and not worth spending money on     Haroon Malik

I like the call recording app I now have the Pro Version after trying the free version So I paid for the Pro Version but it doesn t seem much different I don t like how much time I spend with dealing with the App I need to reduce my recorder to record certain ppl which u can do but I still spend a lot of time in the App itself                 Heather Winekoff

absolutely awesome with my Samsung Note 8 but stopped recording the other sides conversation after about 2 months useless now and very frustrating deleted recordings tried other cards uninstalled reinstalled still only records my side now I can not recommend anymore as it like many others fail or never did work properly for 2 sided recordings would love to be contacted to explore further as the user interface and quality was a 10 out of 10 until it wasnt Erh     Allan VanInwegen

I don t know this application works or not my device is moto g4 and i can t hear anything after i try to listen to the recorded call In inbox app shoes whom i have talked to what time and how much time but when i play the file nothing cant hear a single word I have also mailed you guys but didn t receive any feedback so i don t know buying the pro version was mistake or my device is the problem i am giving 2 star because there are chances my device could be problem Help with the issue         Hari Verma

I started out with the free version and it worked great Upgraded to the paid version for extra features and they were well worth it to me Set it up to send the files to Dropbox for extra security in case phone was lost or confiscated Record everything all the time because you never know what may become invaluable details later Edit u0026 add notes while fresh delete unimportant calls later Great for prosecuting telemarketing scams obscene calls threats etc                     Larry High

I am using the paid version set to record everything Using a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 I set it to record 1000 it stopped in March of this year after 131 Also some moron decided it would be a great idea to not label the callers when you see the list of recorded calls This was a great app Now it s a date of money FIX IT FFS         Sandgroper Bear

I used to love this app went from the free one to the pro Then they did some update none of my call have recorded since June it doesn t show me its recording during a call like it use to and dont state who calls are anymore I ve changed and updated settings to fix it and nothing has worked Super bummed     Jennifer Welbourne

This use to be an app I couldn t live without Now for whatever reason the best this app can do is record my own voice while editing out the other caller which kinda defeats the purpose of it I ve played with setting and nothing changes that other than certain setting make my voice disappear too Would love to rate this better if problem was resolved nor explained     Chris Walla

Freaking sucks Doesn t record calls automatically at all I ve now missed the most important call of then all because I hadn t switched this on and I missed another call because halfway you can t turn it on it HAS to be on before you start calling Last nail in its coffin it stop recording when battery saver goes on so it CUT my recording in half Totally useless and I wish I could get a refund because I m u installing this trash app right away     Gandoe Dyck

Fantastic app However in a previous version i could set it to only record certain contacts This seems to be stuck with all or nothing I have added the people i want to record into the list but with recording mode set to automatic it records everything but with it set to manual it records nothing unless yold to on the notification please advise me what i should be doing to just record my contacts                 Chris Skelton

I used this recorder call app for many months without any problem Then as of late it stopped recording and also stopped identifying the caller I attempted to contact app company tech support which is located in the Middle East by Iran to no avail They never responded back with any tech support So I uninstalled it and went with competition     S Gray

Outgoing calls saved without names or phone numbers all outgoing calls saved with name outgoing call it s difficult to search the call recorded list to re listen to these calls although the incoming calls are saved with its right names as phone contacts     Bassem Osama
