requires adobe air runtime which was delisted from play store developers need to recompile this app in captive mode but havent bothered to do so for more than a year so the app doesnt work     Tim Marshall

The app disconnects from the control system after a short time of running The only way to get it to reconnect is to force stop the app then restart it Crestron needs to address this issue Probably has something to do with Samsung s SPCM killing the Adobe AIR app Crestron needs to write this app using captive runtime You can t even get Adobe AIR from the Playstore anymore This is 100 a problem on Crestrons end     A Google user

I am very pleased with the remote capabilities this app provides me with However it took me a while to figure out how to set up this app on my Google pixel I needed to allow the screen to rotate when I turn the phone horizontally and could only get the Plus sign to add in my system when the screen was horizontal                 ruth mazurek

Update November 2018 I just got a new phone Pixel 3 XL Guess what I can t set up Crestron So this 100 app doesn t work AGAIN And I haven t even mentioned that Crestron stopped supporting the old Android app so I had to purchase it again 100 And when the dealer reprogrammed it my husband s iPhone app was disabled and HE had to purchase the app again 100 That s a total of 400 to purchase the app twice AND the dealer charged 500 for the reprogramming That was about 3 months ago and now AGAIN I have an app that won t work So now more reprogramming I suppose if the dealer will return my call IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BUYING A CRESTRON SYSTEM DON T You ve been warned I ll say it again I wish we had never gotten Crestron Apparently Crestron mobile has been replaced by Crestron app I enter the same setup info that was in Crestron mobile CIT PORT and HTTP PORT but it doesn t work So app does not work at all And dealer has not returned my call And if you call the Crestron customer support number they tell you to call your dealer I have a Google Pixel 2 XL Maybe the problem is that it is now a CIT PORT not a CIP PORT But point being AGAIN I cannot control Crestron with my Android phone Pathetic     Cindy McEwen-Davidson

This app works flawless This app is intended to be installed and administered by professionals in the automation trade People that are having issues either have bad programming on there hub or are using low end android devices If you installed this app without being a programmer please uninstall because you don t have SIMPL VTPro or toolbox on your computer to administer a crestron hub                     Randy Stone
