This App for Android has an issue when inside the Wifi of the House it works Great When outside even using the External IP it does not connect However in the iPhone App works great Could you please fix this ASAP I been using R2 to bypass this problem but is not fair to pay 100 00 to each     When Away from Home does not connect Miguel Angel Larach

I purchased this app to control my new Crestron home entertainment system but it won t connect to it My contractor told me after my purchase that I had bought the wrong program and an Android app to control my system hasn t been released yet When I contracted for this system 18 months ago I was told that it worked great with Apple and Android devices I find it hard to believe that in July 2014 the Android app to control my system hasn t been released yet I wish I d just purchased a Sonos system     Doesn t work for me Jett Anderson
